Terms of Use
Effective: July 7, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are between PharmLink, LLC ("Company," "we") and you ("User," "you"). By using our software or services, you agree to these terms. Use of the PharmLink platform by healthcare organizations is additionally governed by written service agreements between PharmLink, LLC and those organizations, which control in the event of a conflict.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software and services for their intended purpose.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use the software for unlawful purposes
- Redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the software without written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Access or attempt to access protected health information you are not authorized to view
4. Data and Privacy
This website does not collect, store, or sell your personal data. Platform data is handled under our Privacy Policy and, for protected health information, under Business Associate Agreements with the healthcare organizations we serve.
5. Intellectual Property
The software and all related intellectual property remain the property of PharmLink, LLC. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
6. Healthcare Disclaimer
Our software is designed to assist healthcare professionals. It does not replace professional clinical judgment. All clinical decisions must be made by licensed healthcare providers. Software outputs are decision support tools, not medical advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmLink, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software.
8. Termination
We may terminate this license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States.
